Who better than a REALTOR with an appraisal background to help you navigate the market to find the best home at the best value for you. Furthermore, every house on the market must be sold twice in a way; once to a prospective buyer, and then to the bank (the bank’s appraiser will confirm, or “sell” the sales price to the bank via the appraisal).
